Phisically I don’t feel very strong today but the thought of a positive and energising start sounds perfect to me – after all it’s all in the mind isn’t it? the body will follow (I’m sure)

Humm….still making up my mind. (coffee in hand just waiting for it to kick in) Lots on my mind but when I start putting the wheels in motion, I start decompressing..right now I feel like I have a lot of pent up energy, as soon as I start “doing” it will relax me a bit….wishing you a great day!

Good Monday Morning to YOU!! I am also in an outdoor mood. I plan on doing some work in my yard getting flower beds ready for some fall plantings. It is a bit cooler today so it is a good day to be outside. Hubby put a fresh new coat of cobalt paint on my backyard shutters and they look so fresh, I can hardly wait to fill it in with plants!
