What do you get when the jet stream shifts north? A warm balmy day, the likes of which we haven’t seen since last fall! The snow is melting (though the streets are still lined with “snirt” (snow-dirt)) and there’s a feeling of “brightness” in the air… Could spring be just around the corner?
