Miu Miu's Fall 2010 Campaign
With a long weekend at the beach, we finally had the time to read Vogue (yes, the September Issue!), Harper’s Bazaar and Elle cover-to-cover and we now know how to add a little fabulousness to our fall wardrobe. Though we love all the classic camel coats, feminine kitten heels and animal print accessories, it’s Miu Miu‘s Fall 2010 collection that might just get us shopping on Fashion’s Night Out.

Thank you so much for the fashion fix this morning! I love all the ladylike looks and in particular those thick leather belts. Think they’re picking up on Michelle Obama’s favorite belt look? If you made it to Fashion’s Night Out we’d love to hear about it. I flipped through the Huff Po photos, but nothing really stuck out.

Oh, I’m feeling old, but am still not sure my girls would jump this trend. It brings a smile to my face, though. Remember when VW’s were covered with daisy stickers–they were called Riki-Tiki-Stickies. My bedroom mirror was covered with them! I drew them all over the black papered walls of my Mother’s dark-room, entirely defeating the purpose, with multicolored chalk. Back then, Batman was punctuated with Roy Lichtenstein cartoon balloons. There was such a revolution. I’m waiting for a revolution–the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead. I get retro….. and smile at it: “Oh Hello!!” Who is rocking the world?
