If you read last Friday’s post, you know we’re looking forward to some fall layering (in time!) so why not continue the trend and look at some fashionable frocks that made a big impression on the runway this spring. Pretty floral prints aren’t just for summer – these beautiful designs are a great way to make a botanical statement as the weather cools. The dress and coat above would put a smile on our faces even in the dead of winter and the printed shearling below looks so cozy, doesn’t it?
Geometric floral shapes gives this pastel coat a modern feel…
while an embroidered muff is a must for an opulent outfit.
Even darker shades get a lift from floral patterns…
so why not go floral from head to toe!

This has me excited for fall and all the gorgeous fashions…..cannot wait! That Christian Dior coat is to die for…wishing you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Agree, flowers are always in style, no matter what the season. And when our gardens start to wind down, it’s nice to knew that we can wear our florals. Our roses are still in bloom, but I know this will be the last round. Hate to see them go, but a pretty little something any of these designers would be the next best thing. Happy holiday weekend, ladies. Hope it’s lovely! XOXO
I love dusters, and you have shared some beauties here!
Happy Labor Day!

Florals in autumn can be so refreshing and cheerful as shown in the first dress and coat. I also like the Tory Burch outfit in rich burgundy, that classic of winter shades.
