Fall Preview: Folklore Fantasy

Our new Fall/Winter 2014 collection (coming soon to Diane James Home!) is inspired by Folklore Fantasy, a trend in fashion and home décor which honors the often colorful, hand-stitched patterns found on native costumes and textiles.  To capture the fun-filled essence of folkloric frocks, we paired traditional flowers in a range of autumnal hues with interesting containers so that whimsical tulips spill out of a vintage green bottle and garden roses in many shades of peach and salmon are gathered in a luster turquoise bowl.  This collection’s bright and happy palette would put a smile on anyone’s face and a dance in their step, especially with the cooler months ahead…
