with wreaths of holly, pine or magnolia – falalalala, lala, lala! At the rate we’re going with our holiday preparations, a wreath may be the only decorating we get done this year. But what a beautiful way to let people know you’re in the spirit (even if the inside of your house is bare!)
We recently weighed in on an article by Ann Loynd for atHome in Fairfield County on wreaths and wanted to share our thoughts with you. Besides complementing the color of your door (or walls if hung inside), a wreath can have a theme like a walk in the woods (with added feathers, lichen, pine cones and berries) and be made with a variety of foliage for a range of greens and textures.
We love a luxurious wired ribbon as the crowning touch on a wreath but you can also cluster a group of flowers like amaryllis or roses.
Or, you can opt for an all floral wreath if you live in a warmer climate!
And for those of you who really don’t want to throw your wreath away after every season, you can always buy one of ours!
P.S. That’s what we’re doing this year… For more advice on door décor, click here!

I think I do need to get a few from you, ladies. My wreaths have been hanging for nearly two weeks now and are starting to look a little dry. I love the scent of fresh greens, but hate to see them look so sad before we even get to the holiday. Of course you have terrific advice! Happy Weekend, XOXO
Beautiful! Good reminder to get mine today!!
Just discovered you to my utter delight!
Great examples & good inspiration, crazy for the pine wreath, never saw these before
Cheers

Such beautiful wreaths – just love yours! We buy our wreaths every year from the same place we get the tree, but loving the idea of one we can save…gorgeous!!
Such beautiful wreaths ladies and thanks for sharing all of the holiday inspiration!
So many beautiful wreaths…I love the red roses mixed in…so pretty!
Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without a wreath on the door and what a lovely selection here. I especially like the woodland one but then I like to have plenty of pine cones around at this time of the year.
Well these will be pinned! Gorgeous inspiration, you two!
