Now that Thanksgiving is but a memory of delicious food and fun family gatherings, it’s time to get out the lights, garlands and holiday decorations. Most people deck the halls… and doors, mantles and tables but what about the chandeliers? This fixture, often a focal point in a dining room or entry, is easy to decorate, even if all you have the energy for is hanging a couple of vintage ornaments.
We love the look of fresh winter greens mixed with ribbon and flowers but these tend to wilt and dry out before the celebrations are done.
So this year we’re thinking of something with a bit more sparkle, like glass balls hung on velvet ribbons or perhaps crystal snowflakes and icicles. Wouldn’t it be magical to dine at this table?
We’d love to hear how you’re decorating your home this year!

They look so fun and festive. I’m hosting Christmas this year so needing to jazz up my chandelier. Thanks for the inspiration! Happy Thursday!
