As Seen On Gossip Girl…

Needless to say, we are thrilled to see that one of the most fashion-forward shows on television has embraced our “faux fleurs”.  Christina used fresh flowers on set for the first three seasons but it became incredibly expensive and difficult to do so since they often shoot scenes on different days and out of order and the flowers would die.

“I struggled with the fake flower issue until I came across your pieces… what joy to find silks that look so real!”  If Christina’s hip and modern aesthetic seems familiar, you may have caught some of her interiors in the trend setting series, Sex and the City.  After all, every glamorous girl needs a fabulous flat to call her own!

XOXO

Your fleurs looking wonderful for their screen debut! How exciting is that?! The Diane James creations deserve that moment in the spotlight, thanks for sharing with us all. I just love when things like that happen for people…esp you and yours 😀 (big smile) XO, Kelly

Hmmm, feeling quite smug amongst the beauty of my faux arrangements…quite smug indeed! 🙂 (in a very fashionable way!)

PS: when you consider that your flowers are sold at BG, it even makes sense to the plot of GG…in a life imitating art imitating life sort of way!

Well, Gossip Girl, it’s so refreshing to see that Serena and Blair are embracing that it’s not a no-no to go faux.

what fun!! We of course already knew how chic your flowers are – we don’t need Gossip Girl to tell us – but we like that they can follow our lead. 🙂

It makes complete sense, especially on television, to use the faux bouquets. I have a faux orchid that a friend brought me. It was so good, I watered it for a month!

Congrats, this is wonderful for you!
I had never thought about this issue in TV/movies before. Usually, I’m too busy looking at wall clocks and characters’ watches to see if they’ve remembered to fix those.
