I know EXACTLY what you mean – I have owned businesses since we have been married ~ and you are so right! It is hard finding balance between business and home. HARD!
I will tell you this – I have regrets that I let business come before my home – ALOT. My boys are grown , but I am still the woman of the house – and a wife. Yes , still a Momma even though they come and go between college and their own lives! Then there is my marriage to V.
Things are off kilter as I said , and I have been obsessed with the Bringing Pretty Back Project…I need to refocus and get the marriage back on track. At least I am learning!

When I was a kid and saw Monet’s Water Lilies it made me want to go to art school… which then turned into wanting to go to school for Interior Design (which is what I did). I am still mad for watercolors and didn’t realize I could have that look in a pair of flats!
I’m so glad you used the batik leaf scarves! I wanted to do a post on everything Glamourpuss, but in the end decided just the ponchos would be fun : ) I am loving the scarves though and they look perfect with your other items. I would love to use those plates in a tablescape post! Might have to bookmark those…. x KO
