Gone to Heaven!

Gone to Heaven!

… to Laduree for coming to 864 Madison Avenue this week.  This quintessentially French patisserie filled with delightful gourmandises (macaronsreligieuses, chocolates and cakes that would make Marie-Antoinette swoon) has long been a favorite of ours and now we don’t need to book a flight to Paris to indulge in sweet fantasies.  If you need any more convincing to visit this gem of a store, click here!

Don’t need convincing, already a huge huge fan and cannot wait to go and “celebrate” the opening (translation- take away a box to devour on the way home all by myself) So good to be back in blogland, hope alls well over there!!

I don’t need convincing, this certainly is a gem of a store! (And on my avenue!) Of course, I’m looking for a place that bakes with almond flour, but I think that’s asking too much. I can’t wait to check this out!

Yum what fun prints and I have always wanted to taste their macaroons. Maybe someday I will come for a visit and I can go there. Have a wonderful weekend sweetie!

No convincing necessary! I went by the day before the grand opening was scheduled, and they were far from ready. Did they open on time? I definitely must get in as my little one is a big fan of their vanilla tea!
