… to Frances Hodgson Burnett for penning The Secret Garden (one of our childhood favorites) which, in turn, inspired Mulberry‘s Spring 2011 collection and advertising campaign. Who wouldn’t want to be Lindsey and Nimue, captured so beautifully by Tim Walker? Each time we come across these gorgeous ads filled with fabulous fashion and florals, we can’t help but think that spring is on the way!

Thanks for the smile on this supposedly wet day ahead. I love that sweet piggie on that pretty young ladies lap and the pink ladder! You always find such incredibly uplifting images.

OH wow! This is spectacular! Maybe a Secret Garden DJH line is in order?
Love the styling here and that little piggy 🙂 I just read the comment above and I just ditto her comment, right down to the pink ladder. Where else can that hairdo look SO good?! XO
Both images are fun, but I adore the second one…the masses of hydrangeas, the piggie, the pale blue handbag, the pink ladder captivate me! Isn’t it interesting how artistic minds think?
What a perfect Spring theme!!! Favorite childhood book. And, yes, agree with Zhush…..I think this could inspire a new line from Diane James Home!!!

LOVE Secret Garden – and the movie is great too!! Such a fabulous ad campaign – I want to know what Tim Walker ISN’T doing!!
The Secret Garden is one of my all time favorites!! And I would love to spend a day or two in that flower filled room, so heavenly!
Whoa! These photos are incredible and bring back memories!! I love the Secret Garden (& still want to live there!)
Gorgeous editorial… can’t wait for all the flowers to bloom! xo
All those hydrangeas make me swoon! I love them – we have a 45 foot long hedge of them here and I can hardly wait for them to bloom each year!
This was my all time favorite book growing up. Didn’t know about the Mulberry collection connection. I will have fun revisiting those ads! Bon weekend!
