I do actually feel nostalgic today! I think it’s because of the rain, and I am looking forward to fall. It’s my favorite season and I swear sometimes I feel almost homesick for it. Can’t wait.

Thanks for the pic & the link to the article. I love that her friends also think she should put 1-800 in front of the vintage FLOWERS sign. Also, it’s a neat idea that she numbers her spare rooms. That way, she can direct her guests to room this or that. Practical, if you have that many guests over…as I imagine a celebrity does.

Well, being the first day with no camp – I was in a pretty good mood! We went on a picnic, cleaned out the basement —- not bad for a Monday. Homemade soup (yes, I realize it’s rather hot for soup) bubbling on the stove.

The 1-800 thing is too funny…
A great mood because I arrived to the beach now and just finished a yummy bowl of clam chowder and shrimp scampi from the local seafood shop out on the deck overlooking the sea…which to me, is perfection! (oh and a glass of wine) best part? I did this all alone, hubby coming out tomorrow, son and friends went into town…and it was just me, my book and my delicious meal!
I like this room and think you need that flower sign in your space!
