Springtime Fun
We came across the creations of Françoise Weeks, a Portland, Oregon-based floral designer, in the pages of Flower Magazine and instantly fell in love with their lively colors and whimsical nature. This Belgian designer’s training shows in her use of textural elements and lush florals, mixing both in bouquets that are freshly modern yet fanciful and fun.

From bouquets and centerpieces to garlands, wreaths and cakes, Françoise’s unique floral touch can be seen at many weddings and celebrations and there’s nothing she won’t decorate with blooms… Even the bride or hostess can have a headdress, jewelry, purse and shoes made entirely of flowers!

We think any of these floral fantasies would be a perfect way to celebrate the coming of spring and with only one week to go, we can’t wait for winter to finally be over.

These are BREATHTAKING!! Love them and his style is amazing. I cannot wait to start going on walks again and being able to open the windows for the fresh spring air to fill me house!
Gorgeous, and not so very far from me – Portland is just South on 1-5. I just love that whimsical wedding bouquet. Such clever creations and not your every day bouquets! I, too, am so very excited about the approach of spring and have been dreaming up a celebration by way of a ladies lunch next week. Wish you two could fly out and join the fun! XOXO

The Easter basket is so sweet. Gorgeous colors and designs. We drive down to Portland every now and then.. I’ll check this place out next time we visit:)
