Mary Katrantzou's Delightful Details
One of the cool things about having friends in the fashion industry (besides the free handbags which we get on occasion!) is learning about trends six months before the shows. And since our flowers are “couture for the home”, we always take into account what designers are buzzing about before we put a collection together. So while fall isn’t even on our doorstep, we’re looking at what spring 2012 has in store for us (at least according to Accessories magazine.)

Anya Hindmarch Clutch
Sweet Tart: the fresh face of royalty (yes, we mean you, Kate!) brings a modern twist to classics, and sassy accessories in candy-colored hues add a certain eccentric vibe to the mix.

Antonio Marras Scarf
Prairie Dust: a nature-lover with a Bohemian flair, this free-spirited galwears airy cottons and floral print chiffons and pairs them with hammered silver and stones from the earth.

Blydesign Liza Cuff
Classic Ease: an easy, breezy California style embodies this all-American girl next door and while she dresses with a certain minimalism (she likes to borrow from the boys!), she adds feminine touches like a gorgeous floral cuff.

Christian Dior Tropical Sandals
Tropical Traveler: this globe-trotter is attracted to tropical flora and fauna and isn’t afraid to wear splashes of color, especially citrus hues. Rio, here we come!

Matthew Williamson Clutch
Disco Diva: pull out your glitter, sequins and rhinestones and strut your stuff on the dance floor – this fun-loving star loves to attract attention with her bright and bold accessories and makes a statement wherever she goes.

Wow love that pink clutch bag
Loving each one of these trends, particularly anything to do with flowers and classic lines. Not huge on sequins but there is a time and place for everything and I am sure I would be only too happy to find a place to carry that gorgeous sequined clutch at the bottom:)
Super sweet scarf! And I love the pink clutch. Alas unlike Kate, I have few formal functions for which to wear it.

Silver jewelry and cottons my hands down favs! I wouldn’t even be able to stand up in those heels!
Have a fun weekend!

I love these – especially the scarf, the cuff and the “not sure I could pull it off but love them anyway” shoes
