We’ve got California on our mind as we pack our bags and escape to the West Coast for a couple of days to visit some stores and perhaps a college or two. Given that our new Spring/Summer 2015 collection was inspired by coastal California decor, we’ve been collecting images of some of our favorite homes – many of which have that eclectic bohemian vibe mixed with modern flair that make these settings so fresh and fun. Going to school in California may be a dream for our boys but we need to let them explore all the opportunities available to them… and there are worse places to retire to (just case they never move back!)

California sounds really good right about now. Having gone to college myself in California I will tell you it is an amazing place to be a student!! The weather cannot be beat, only problem is he may not want to come home:) Safe travels and have fun:)
Safe travels, pretty ladies. We lived outside San Diego for the first 3 years of our marriage. The Mister used to say the weather man has the easiest job in the world. Have fun. Hope you take some pics.
California sounds lovely! I’m guessing they are having better weather in the southern reaches of the West Coast than we are experiencing here in Seattle. Have a fantastic time in the sun! Here’s wishing your boys the best as they face this big decision in their lives. I hope no matter far away they go, they stay firmly tied to home! XOXO
California dreaming, huh?! I can see my oldest out there for sure. So many great schools, not to mention the sun and the laid back attitude. Did I mention the sun? If they weren’t settled on going West, all it will take is one more rough East Coast winter to send them packing!
