We have a confession to make…  When we posted pictures of Wendy Valierre’s beautiful Vermont home last Friday, we left out one of our favorites so that we could post it today.  Amidst all the spring blossoms we’re beginning to see, there’s still something so chic and elegant about black flowers.  Whether fashioned in fabric, forged in metal or molded in plastic, these black beauties are ba-na-nas!

    love love love. black and white never seems to age while color can – like my lime green 70′s bedroom with shag carpet and lily like paper. looking for a great black and white paper for my powder room….

    How FABULOUS!!! I also love the classic elegance of black and white. My guest room in my last house was b/w and I always loved it. The Gaston y Daniela fabric/paper is beautiful. And so easy to add color if you ever wanted.

    I’m a huge fan of black and white interiors. I love that they paid attention to the ceiling too! The simple bedding and window treatments allow this look to be pulled off well. I’m looking to you for all kinds of floral inspiration this spring and summer.

    I love black and white – it has such a sophistication about it. The one room in my home that is black and white….is my oldest son’s room. I chose it when he was a baby (odd, I know) and have loved how it continues to evolve with him.
