Living in the New York suburbs after growing up in Belgium (when summer came on a Wednesday in July, then it rained for the rest of the year!) allows us to appreciate the changing of the seasons, fall being one of the prettiest in the Northeast.
Fall Colors in Central Park
Gleaming rooftops at sundown, fiery red and orange leaves in Central Park, “crisp morning air creating shimmering clouds in canyons of steel” – it’s autumn in New York! A song made popular in the 1930′s and 40′s by the likes of Billie Holiday and Frank Sinatra inspired our Fall/Winter 2010 collection, where colorful fall flowers are paired with classically elegant glass vases and porcelain cachepots.
