Love in Bloom - Jack Benny

We have a confession to make…  We’re not really into Valentine’s Day.  “That’s strange,” you may ask yourself, “aren’t these girls into flowers?”  Well, we are, but that still doesn’t change the fact that we think Hallmark seems to have kidnapped February 14th and demanded that we express our love as a ransom.  After all, if you’re with the right person, every day should be Valentine’s Day!

Kiss Kiss Hug Hug - Ke$ha

That being said, with all the lovely Valentine’s posts out there in blog land, we broke down and ordered these delicious smores’ for our boys.

Sweetie Pie, Honey Bunch - The Four Tops

Loving Cup - The Rolling Stones

And with the beauty of online shopping and express delivery, it’s not too late to shop some of our favorite stores!

The Book of Love - Peter Gabriel

Love Is A Rock - REO Speedwagon

Isn't She Lovely?

While trying to catch up after a busy week at the NY Gift Show (and procrastinating reading a backlog of emails), we came across the latest edition of Adore Home (which is so well-named since we adore this online magazine!) and flipped when we saw the lovely Lisbon home of Ana Antunes.

Ana at Home

Home Sweet Home Mood Board

Vignettes = Story of Her Life

Ana’s wide-ranging talents include writing and producing the only home makeover show in Portugal called “Querido Mudei a Casa“, appearing as the in-house decorator on her show and designing a line of furniture.  And oh, did we mention that she also writes a blog in her spare time?

On Set - Beach House Chic

Terrific Turquoise

Needless to say, Ana had us at “olá” and we fell her sense of style – from the bold and beautiful to the soft and feminine, she’s got it covered.  We dare you to visit her and not be charmed!
